So this post is a little late in coming and will probably include multiple stories.... we finally made it back to see Mark and stay with his parents. This was a quite a trip to make it here. I'm sure there should have been another adult in the car, but me the 2 kids, 2 dogs and 2 fish made and everyone is alive and well. I really can't believe both fish survived the almost 6 hour drive (that's another thing ~ I swear I didn't speed one bit, but I made it in 5 1/2 hours!!), but Sticky and Funny have made it here and it's been a few days and they are great.
TK almost cut off her toe (I type this realizing it is my responsibility). She found a brass candlestick with a candle in it and just kept playing with.... after many no-nos and moving her to different locations she whipped it off the end table and dropped it on her toe, which cut open the end of her toe and toe nail. I just started crying.... in case I'm not going through enough stress, but now this. My first thought was to yank AJ out of bed from his nap and rush to the emergency room, but it stopped bleeding and seemed to be ok, so I settle for a call to the doctor. I don't know if this is just a mom thing, but I really can't handle when my kids get hurt. She was walking around shortly after though and only cries about when she sees it, so I think we are ok. Thankfully she left her sock on that foot all day, but anytime she heard the word "toe" she would look down, but only she the foot that was fine (she took that sock off). It was kind of funny to watch her face because she couldn't put it all together.
Here's a pic of my girl in her new baby legs.... I love these things: babylegs.net
ok.... I can't seem to get the usb cord to work in this computer, so we'll try that another day, but if you have a girl you should check out the legwarmers on that site, I LOVE THEM!!
Well this is shorter than I originally thought, but I did just spend 15 min. trying to load the pic, so I'm off to find something new and fun to do with the kids tomorrow in this town!

Ouch! Keep that covered up! The first time "I" was really hurt, I cried all the way to the ER. The joys!
